Randy Mack is an Advanced Certified Rolfer© with almost 30 years of experience. He works both in the traditional 10-session basic and various advanced Rolfing series, as well as doing more localized “fix-it” work. He has kept his enthusiasm and sense of wonderment in his investigation of how to best ‘integrate’ bodies so that they look, feel, and function better.
Rolfing© is a unique contemporary approach to improving the human condition. Rolfers recognize that a person’s connective tissue webbing is important in determining the actual shape of his or her body; that observing how gravity is compressing a body is key to knowing how to reshape it for optimum gain; and that the connective tissue can be sculpted to hold the new improved pattern. After receiving Rolfing people tend to stand taller, move more easily, and generally feel better in their lives. Rolfing is especially effective in dealing with chronic issues like tight low backs, achy necks, etcetera, as well as in rehabilitating injuries and in improving general performance. It is usually done in a multi-session series the timing and cost of which can be varied to suit each individual client’s needs.
